Kline Future Scholar Award

The Jerry Kline Foundation Future Scholar awards is being offered as part of a generous donation by Class of 1969 alum, Mr. Gerald M. Kline. This award is for 10th and 11th grade students in preparation to be college/career ready. Mr. Kline also supports our exclusive Poly 12th grade Kline scholarship.

Ten Poly students (5 sophomores & 5 juniors) will be awarded $500 each in recognition of their improvement at Polytechnic High School.

Application deadline:

Tuesday, February 27, 2024 @ 2:45 p.m.

Award recipients will be notified on Friday, April 5, 2024

• Award recipients will be recognized at Seniors Awards on Thursday, May 16, 2024

• Checks will be distributed by Friday, May 31, 2024

Kline Scholarship for seniors ONLY!-The Kline Scholarship for the Class of 2024 is available for seniors to apply. Deadline February 27th, 2024 by 3:30 pm. Submit a typed application to Mrs. Otero in the College Center

In order to apply to this scholarship you must live on the college campus or college apartments and plan on attending a college outside of the LA area. The University must be a minimum of 100 miles away from Polytechnic HS. Additional requirements are listed below and on the application. Click here to access the application.
