Dear Poly Families,

What an amazing year we had at Poly! Things are only going to get better for our students and staff. For the upcoming school year Poly will have our registration week July 23 - July 26th for families to register their child.

This is an important opportunity for you and your child to update information as needed. It is a great time to make any changes for your emergency contacts and to provide new phone and address information.

Only the parent/guardian may complete the forms. You will need to bring your government issued identification in order for us to accept the completed packets. We have to ensure that the information is correct.

We are including a flier for your reference. If you have more than one child, you may come just one time and complete all the paperwork at that time.

Please come to Poly on the day assigned to you on the flier. You will proceed to the cafeteria/library area to get checked in. Then you will be directed to either the library to complete your Parent Portal or directed to the practice gymnasium to sit in AC and complete the forms.
