hyams Anna's in Lakeland Exxon you are competing in the cooking of change campaign a national campaign that will be going to Washington DC to hopefully for this there their arm okay and then I want you to take me through what I'm looking at your cuz I'm looking at a very cool this year actually it's the whole entree what do we have so our Mages is fuzzy chicken over brown rice or sizes is being broccoli with seasoning and okay Martin what did you put in the broccoli to make it to Lynch really cute and round what did you do there and you find kids can you eat broccoli video okay and Ramon you do with that chicken soy sauce and the pepper you put it on sorry or put it on okay players on yogurt and it's got fruit in it is it for real okay who design that did you dream that up okay now I know you're kind of team captain but there is collaborative right now you guys hoping to do Pat and went okay with your talking about if the cooking of change Pro it is there 7 LAUSD schools next week there's a huge competition so these 17th these are the teams that made it to the cooking of broken or other high school that tried they just didn't do it cuz there's so incredibly many rules I'm going to have Chef Higgins tell us about that but the point is that these guys have so many opportunities to some really cool cooking and then they go to the contest after Big Ten of these dishes that they've created today they could judge and if they can I get to go to finals which is in Washington DC which is what they're hoping for so we're here today taking it look at what they're making them with the kids are doing and Chef Higgins 16 years okay so tell me the requirements are ridiculous tell me what these guys up to do along with dreaming up a good menu you just put together an exciting dish and presented and charge the customer oil there's so many restrictions the car has to be around a dollar 14 / dish soap designing a menu like this it's so hard to train price you change one area for it affect the caloric intake I know these guys suffered suffered going over and over these men finding the perfect complements to each other entree and dessert  so guys you know I'm going history for ABC7 so that you can see what they've done it will take a little longer look at it I have the honor of actually I get to be a judge next Friday but it's next Friday I don't know where it is who's where how hard on this stop the menu looks delicious and if they can get the winning meal by the way gets to be on school lunch menus so I like to guys get their friends eat broccoli you know I'm saying anyway all about not only math presentation they have to get their personalities involved there's texture there's taste and cost by gosh so many things to think about watch out for that and Don will bring that to you on ABC7
