Tomorrow, September 24th Poly students Byron Puac, Esperanza Alonso, and Fernando Carrillo will speak on the power of vote and the importance of vote in the Sun Valley community. We welcome our voter registration partner Co-Executive Director of Power California Vote Luis Sanchez, along with guest speakers:
- Kelly Gonez, LAUSD BD6
- Nick Melvoin, LAUSD BD4
- Alex Padilla, California Secretary of State
Last Friday a Poly one-day voter registration record of 162 students was set. Student-led voter registration for those that have not registered yet will be available tomorrow.
