The majority of the Class of 2020 students will be broken up into 2 groups this week to take the Smarter Balanced Assessments. Group 1 will test on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and Group 2 will test on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for Mathematics, English Language Arts and Science. These assessments are aligned to the common core state standards and measure critical thinking and problem solving skills. The Smarter Balanced assessments use a computer adaptive format that allows students to better demonstrate what they know. We have worked hard to prepare our students. Help us encourage them to make a strong effort! After this week of testing is over, all students can enjoy a week off for Spring Break April 15th through April 19th.
