Nuno: 30 tables, 30 chairs, and tents put out by 9:00 in the middle of the polygon and then put away after lunch.
Student Ambassadors: Will have a badge to be out in the polygon during Per 1 to set up
Solis: Per 3 students will be taking down the event at lunch and then going with her to class
