Step 2: Complete Internet Test: (English) or (Spanish)
Step 3: Parent/Guardian Must Sign "Student Signature and Parent Release Form or (Spanish)
Step 4: Submit Forms From Step 2 & 3 to Technology Office inside the Title One office
