Remembering The Chanters and Dr. Attarian...
We had a wonderful choir and Dr. A taught us so much...How to sing in Hebrew and Latin.
And, we learned correct pronunciations!
Dr. Attarian gave us such a rich and vital love for singing and music! To this day, I still sing, "Witness", "Wondrous Cool" from Brahms and sing "Last Words of David".
His love of music was given to us so that our minds can appreciate almost any kind of music!
I am forever grateful to Dr. Attarian for instilling in me (and my brother and sisters) the love of choral singing!!
