good morning Polly Parrot so welcome back to next episode of you're probably 10 or show me to buy poly pellets for puppy. warehouse for the two most episode in today's episode of by looking at recently visited by her use discover member Kelly gonez let's see how it went to me we had board member six representative Kelly phone is the dry campus you're a poly high school she came by because one of her goals is for students to be college and career-ready which is exactly like our vision at Poly High School what exactly does a school board member do at school board member actually Community input to make sure that the board that's making decisions for schools also she is here to make sure that students are receiving high-quality instruction in to help School leaders make sure that those today what were your thoughts about Polly at the end of her visit her to come on campus and she mentioned how she loves being the counselor square foot student supporting them using Naviance and she was happy to see how Casey the College Center was just make you feel to hear her call poly a good school and Kiara do you want to visit the Freshman Center and see how the first half of the year was for the 9th graders ask around what has changed is the freshmen have moved to the main campus let's see what's changed there's a lot more students on this side of the camper that's for sure I think it's there's a really great sense of belonging with the teachers here I think they feel really good about being on this part of the campus they feel more apart of Polly the first year freshman year been so far is in great my like Lo Green's banana in the temporary quitting I raise it up and passed all my classes in the school is pretty the Middle School are nice people here already and I like being in high school so far because I've been behaving good to listen to the teacher give increase my education and trying out a lot of sports charm endorse my train what are your hopes for the rest of high school on your freshman year like now to get better grades and I hope to get good grades and I hope that I'll continue being happy here as well how does it feel for you inside ministrator everyone come together I love it I really love it I think that it's easier to be one school I made a poster one said poly one school one goal Student Success and I believe that I think we're all we're on the main campus teachers don't students don't have to come all the way across the street at lunch if there's some kind of an activity they're all right here on campus and I think everybody just feels really apart of poly ladies and gentlemen please have your attention I've just been handed an urgent news story I need all of you to stop what you're doing and listen what can you tell us about Mission City Community Network Mission City Community Network is a nonprofit organization that provides Healthcare Services to the people in their Community season 4 coming to poly they won to provide those services for students here at Poly High School they do General and sports physicals immunizations vision and hearing screening and several other how did the first visit go I think the first visit was actually a success they were able to see if 14 students are mostly involving sports physical where do you expect Stevenson game from these students and their families to gain free access to healthcare when will they be returning to buy and what didn't mean to do to be eligible on January 23rd which is Tuesday and all you need is a consent form that you signed if you're 18 or over and if you're not you can get it signed by your parents so stop by the health office and pick up your consent form what were the languages in Spanish hi my name is Kim Smith -
