You WILL need to submit an application to Poly's SAS IF: 
  1. Your child is designated gifted, BUT we are not your school of residence
  2. Your child exceeds standards on BOTH the ELA/Math SBAC, BUT we are not your school of residence
  3. Your child consistently performs at two grade levels or above, BUT we are not your school of residence
If your child meets the following criteria, you WILL NOT need to submit and application to Poly's SAS because your child will automatically be enrolled in Poly's SAS: 
  1. Your child is designated gifted, AND we are your school of residence
  2. Your child exceeds standards on BOTH the ELA/Math SBAC, AND we are your school of residence
  3. Your child consistently performs at two grade levels or above, AND we are your school of residence (**this criteria is pending verification from your child's middle school)
