Fill out a permission/emergency form and bring it with you to the first day of band camp ~
Come to room M1 or M2 for a form,
or find it through www.polyhigh.org/apps/departments and click on “Music”
Location: Francis Polytechnic High School Band Room (M1)
Dates: Monday August 8 – Friday August 12
Times: 8 am – 8 pm
Cost: Free
Bring: Food and/or money for food (lunch and dinner),water, pencil, hat, sunblock
